Who actually transports my bike?
A vetted enclosed-trailer driver from our network. Whichever driver can reach your bike fastest takes the job. We confirm their cargo insurance before pickup, then give you their name and direct number, so you talk to your driver from pickup to delivery.
Is my bike insured in transit?
Every carrier we assign carries $100,000 in cargo insurance, and we send you their certificate before pickup.
What does the deposit cover, and can I cancel?
The 10–15% deposit reserves your carrier and pickup date. It's fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
How fast is "2–3 days," really?
That's typical once the bike is picked up. Coast-to-coast runs can take up to 10 days. We give you a delivery window with your quote.
How do I prep my bike?
Keep the fuel low and remove loose bags and accessories. Note any existing scratches. The driver photographs the bike at pickup.
